Finally writing to thank you for a wonderful job organising our trip to Egypt is long over due. So, thanks to you and your team for making our time in Egypt so enjoyable. Jordan was also amazing... hard to know what were the highlights - there were many many moments... We really appreciated the professionalism of your representatives in Cairo, Aswan/Luxor and Sinai, and also the tour guides who took us round. All of them were great - interesting, not just about the sights we saw, but also from their personal lives - they all had just interesting lives and from different perspectives - Muslim, Coptic Christian etc... Im sorry, Ive forgotten the name of the Cairo rep, but he was a real marvel - it was lovely to be met at the airport and farewelled on the train. So, from both of us - we really love Egypt and would like to go back, particularly to spend more time in Cario - two days was not enough to feel at home in such a chaotic, noisy, exciting city. Not only did we get to see the sights, we also feel as though we have been given an incite into your amazing culture and history. Maged and Emad, our guides were incredible. Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable, but their enthusiasm for your amazing country and it's fascinating history was infectious. We felt like we were on holidays with friends rather than guides. I think I've made a friend for life with Maged. You could not meet a lovelier person. He certainly made us all feel very much at ease and went the extra mile to help us out, as everyone did. His haggling at the bazaar was legendary. Emad also made an impression with his gentle nature and enthusiasm in helping us to understand the Nubian and Egyptian way of life. Ahmed our representative in Cairo also made a lasting impression. Nothing was ever too much trouble. As our first impression of Egypt, he certainly made a good one. Our driver Ahmed was also a treat. He made us feel very welcome and despite the language barrier we were able to forge a friendship with him too. During our trip, there was the unfortunate train accident. Thanks to the quick thinking and professional manner of Destination Egypt we were quickly booked on a flight to Aswan and given a bed for the night. We were all very impressed with how well this was handled. I would recommend Destination Egypt to anybody travelling to Egypt. Your prompt, friendly and professional service was outstanding. I hope to one day return to Egypt and look forward to using your services again. I only wish you had affiliated organisations in other countries.
