We rise early this morning and travel north to the Mediterranean Coastal City of Alexandria. First stop is the Catacombs of Kom Al Shouqafa otherwise known as the Roman Graves. Next onto the Quitbey Forte, built in the 1477 with the same stones in the same location as the Pharos Light House (being one of the Seven Wonder�s of the World). Lunch is at a seafood restaurant overlooking the beautiful shoreline and modern day life.
Before we journey back to Cairo we have a change to stroll around the Alexandria Library, the largest and most prestigious library in the world.
