Once we have received your online booking we will contact you within 24 - 48 hours to finalize your itinerary.
Once the itinerary is finalized we require a 50% deposit (in US Dollars) by Bank Transfer (details will be provided).
As soon as payment is received we will email you a confirmation voucher and emergency contact details.
Final payment can be paid on arrival by either cash or credit card (visa or mastercard only with a 3% surcharge) or just prior to arrival by wire transfer.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing
- Up to 20 days before arrival date 5% cancellation fee*
- 19 - 08 days before arrival date 15% cancellation fee*
- 07 days before arrival date 100% cancellation fee*

- Up to 30 days before arrival date 25% cancellation fee*
- 29 - 15 days before arrival date 50% cancellation fee*
- 14 days before arrival date 100% cancellation fee*
* Percentage based on total quoted tour amount
Children's Policy
- 00 - 1.99 Free of charge.
- 02 - 5.99 25 % of total tour cost.
- 06 - 11.99 50% of total tour cost.
- 12+ Are considered adults - full tour cost.
